Each individual may hold only one active jitacc account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or pending bonuses linked to those accounts.
All promotional bonuses at jitacc are subject to wagering requirements stated clearly at the point of offer. Bonuses must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Misuse of bonuses will void the bonus and related winnings.

Fraudulent activity, collusion, use of automated betting software, exploitation of software errors, money laundering, or any form of match-fixing are strictly prohibited. jitacc will void all affected bets, suspend accounts, and report relevant conduct to the appropriate authorities.

If you are accessing jitacc on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms and that the person meets all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 below. Acceptance on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited.

Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
The jitacc platform is directed at players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using jitacc is lawful in your jurisdiction. jitacc makes no representation that the Services are available or appropriate in locations outside its primary target market. To open an account you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the jitacc platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. jitacc employs technical and procedural controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances or pending bonus amounts forfeited.
KYC Verification: jitacc may request identity documents — including a national ID card (NID), passport, or driving licence — at any stage of account operation, not only at withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stated timeframe may result in account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jitacc username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jitacc will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not carried out with your knowledge or consent. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jitacc support immediately at [email protected]. jitacc will take reasonable steps to secure the account upon receipt of a verified notification.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. jitacc reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts after providing prior notice to the account holder's registered email address. The fee will not reduce the account balance below zero.
You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting jitacc support. Requests for permanent self-exclusion will be processed within 24 hours. Any remaining balance at the time of closure, subject to verification of identity and completion of any outstanding wagering requirements, will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
jitacc accepts deposits in BDT via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, Sonali Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes to be credited, depending on the processing time of the originating institution. jitacc is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.
By depositing funds into your jitacc account, you confirm that the funds originate from a legitimate source and that you are the authorised user of the payment method used. jitacc operates strict anti-money-laundering (AML) controls and may request evidence of source of funds at any stage. Deposits suspected to be linked to fraudulent or illegal activity will be frozen pending investigation.
To be eligible to make a withdrawal, you must have completed KYC verification, and your account must be in good standing with no outstanding security flags. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a method that has been verified as belonging to you.
jitacc targets a withdrawal processing time of 15 minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) once all verification requirements have been met. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business hours. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional security checks are required.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the withdrawal page within your account. jitacc reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals that exceed certain thresholds. Withdrawal requests above ৳100,000 in a single transaction may be subject to extended review.
Funds credited to your account as a result of a bonus promotion are subject to the wagering requirements of that promotion before they become withdrawable. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the applicable wagering requirement will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
All bonuses and promotions offered by jitacc are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the point of each offer. These specific terms — including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps — form part of these Terms and take precedence in the event of any conflict in relation to that promotion.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all deposit bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings are released for withdrawal. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate. jitacc reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting bets to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk, using automated systems to exploit promotions, or any other conduct that jitacc determines to be in bad faith.
jitacc may modify, extend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions that materially affect a Player's ability to complete wagering requirements already in progress will be communicated via registered email with reasonable notice.
All sports bets placed on jitacc are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market, as published in the sportsbook section of the Platform. jitacc reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was known at the time the bet was placed, where odds were manifestly erroneous, or where the integrity of the event is in question.
In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability. jitacc reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time without notice. Bets accepted before a suspension will stand unless they relate to an event whose result was already determined at the time of acceptance.
All casino games available on jitacc — including live dealer games from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe — use certified random number generation and operate at independently audited return-to-player percentages. In the event of a technical failure during a game round, jitacc's records of the game session shall be determinative.
If a technical error, system malfunction, or software fault affects the outcome of any game or bet, jitacc reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the wagered amount to the Player's account. No liability will be accepted for any consequential losses arising from such errors.

Nothing in these Terms limits jitacc's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
jitacc reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a Player — jitacc will provide notice via the email address registered to your account at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the jitacc platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any change, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 4.4.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jitacc operating entity. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to jitacc's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected] with a written description of the dispute.
jitacc will acknowledge receipt of a formal dispute within 48 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) and endeavour to provide a full written response within 14 calendar days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within 28 days of first submission, you may escalate the matter through any dispute resolution mechanism made available by jitacc's licensing authority.
